
Fruited Pork Chops
6 boneless pork chops 3/4 inch thick
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
1 can sliced peaches
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
1/4 cup Cookies Western Style BBQ Sauce
1 T. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Heat skillet over medium heat. Brush chops lightly with oil. Season
with allspice and Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Brown on both sides then
remove from skillet and keep warm. Add remaining ingredients to the
skillet and stir to mix through. Heat until it starts to bubble. Return
chops to skillet and cover. Let simmer for approximately 10 minutes or
until done. Put chops and sauce on a bed of rice or noodles or it can
also be served alone.
