Premium Salsa Skillet Dinner

1lb. Lean ground beef or pork
1 tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 1/2 cup water
1 cup Cookies Premium Salsa (mild or medium)
1 – 14 oz. package macaroni and cheese dinner
1 – 11 oz. can Green Giant Mexicorn (drained)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1 green onion (chopped)

Brown ground meat and chopped onion seasoned with Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Add water, salsa and macaroni. Stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and cover, simmer 10 minutes or till macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Add corn and cheese sauce. Cook 2 minutes or till heated thru. Top with shredded cheese and chopped onion if desired.
